We’re excited to share all the wonderful activities and special events coming up this summer. Get ready for creativity, celebration, games, and lots of smiles.

Father's Day Weekend at MODE Club

This Father's Day, we'd like to help our members celebrate the special father figures in their lives.

Over the Father's Day Weekend (20th–21st June), all MODE Club members are invited to bring their father along to enjoy the club as our guest, completely free of charge.

Whether it's a workout together, a swim, a relaxing visit to the spa, or simply a coffee in the club, we'd love to welcome your dad to experience everything MODE Club has to offer.

To register your guest, simply speak to Reception on arrival.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to the club.

Father’s Day -Sunday 21st June 2026

We’ll be making special surprises for all the amazing dads and father figures in our lives.

Summer Tropical Party- Saturday 27th June at 2:00–3:30pm

Join us for an afternoon of tropical fun with music, dancing, party games and our Mode club BBQ. Wear bright summer colours and come enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with us!

World cup fashion show and games event- Friday 25th July at 2:00–3:30pm

Celebrate the spirit of football and countries around the world at our exciting World Cup Fashion Show and Games event. Wear your favourite team football attire and join us for a lively afternoon full of teamwork, cheering, and celebration.

Summer Camp – Animals Theme- Monday 3rd – Thursday 20th August | 1:30–5:30pm

Come join our animal themed summer camp inspired by animals from around the world. Bring along their favourite teddy bear for a special teddy bear's picnic filled with loads of fun on the last day of camp.

Swimming News

Our Adult Summer Swimming Courses for both Beginners and Intermediate swimmers started this week. If you’ve been thinking about improving your swimming skills or building confidence in the water, there’s still time to join us, as a limited number of spaces remain available.

Our Junior Swimming Programme is now in full swing, with young swimmers continuing to develop their skills, confidence, and water safety through fun and engaging lessons led by our experienced instructors.

We would also like to remind all members that priority booking for the Autumn Term will open on 29th June. New members will be able to book from 6th July. We encourage everyone to secure their place early to avoid disappointment, as spaces are expected to fill quickly.

We look forward to welcoming both new and returning swimmers throughout the season.

As the days reach their longest and brightest, we're marking the arrival of summer with a series of special classes designed to energise, inspire and connect our community.

Outdoor Summer Solstice Yoga & Sound Meditation

Thursday 18th June | 19:15–20:30

Join Sharron for a special Summer Solstice celebration outdoors. Flow through an uplifting Vinyasa practice before settling into a deeply relaxing 15-minute sound meditation. A perfect way to honour the changing season and welcome the light of summer.

Experience the latest Les Mills releases, featuring brand-new choreography, motivating music and fresh workouts designed to challenge and inspire.

Celebrate the height of summer with an energising Vinyasa flow designed to embrace the warmth, vitality and abundance of the season.

15:25 – Summer Sequence Yin Yoga with Sue
Slow down and unwind with a nourishing Yin practice inspired by summer energy. The session will include a focus on Fire element acupressure points to support balance, joy and wellbeing.

Get ready to move, smile and celebrate! Join some of your favourite dance instructors for a fun-filled Summer Dance Party packed with great music, energy and feel-good vibes.

Mode Green Returns Outdoors

Starting Sunday 28th June | 12:40

Our Signature Outdoor Class is back for the summer. Enjoy movement in the fresh air and make the most of the warmer weather.

Please note: In the event of poor weather, the class will take place in the High Energy Studio.

Club Championships Finals Day - Saturday 27th June

Join us on Saturday 27th June. The finals of the club championships will be held with the culmination of the Summer Club Championships. Players have been busy completing matches in tennis and padel and we will have all finalists playing in this club event. We also have opportunities to enter events on the day;


  • Tennis Doubles (mixed, mens and ladies) and Ladies will all take place. Fun events for all.

  • Mens Singles - Finals

  • Padel Finals - Mixed, Ladies and Mens

  • Junior Tennis - 10U Green Ball and 8U Orange Ball

  • Presentation of trophies and prizes


Exact timings will be announced but please join us on the day to watch some fantastic tennis, enjoy the bbq and bar. To enter any of the on the day events please email Kieron: tennis@modecluc.co.uk

Summer Holiday Camps

After the success of our May Half Term Camp we are running junior camps for 5-8 Year olds and 9-14 year olds. Camps will be run in the mornings Monday to Thursday starting week commencing 6th July. 4 weeks 6th July

There are still spaces to join our junior programme with classes for 3years - 15 years.
These courses are for all levels whether you’re just starting or have some experience playing we can find the right group for you.

Introducing Mode Workouts
Introducing Mode Workouts

We're pleased to introduce a new series of workouts designed by the Mode Club fitness team to provide members with structure, guidance and inspiration for their training.

The workouts will be displayed on screens throughout the club and cover a range of training goals, including strength, conditioning, fitness, fat burning and functional training. Each workout has been carefully designed by our expert fitness team to provide a balanced, effective and enjoyable training experience.

Members can also request that workouts are added directly to their Mode Club app, allowing them to follow sessions independently and revisit them at any time.

Look out for workouts on the screens throughout the club, or let us know if you would like any help getting started with our new Mode Workouts.

Meet our Personal Trainers: Isabelle & Janaka

Over the past few months, many of you will have already met Isabelle and Janaka around the club, in the gym and through our coaching services. We are delighted to officially introduce them as part of the Mode Club team.

Each brings their own unique experience, expertise and coaching style, helping us offer even more support to members looking to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.

  • Isabelle

    Isabella

    Isabelle specialises in weight loss, strength training, body conditioning and Reformer Pilates. Having been through her own fitness journey, she understands the value of realistic, sustainable training that helps people feel stronger, more confident and comfortable in their bodies. Isabelle is also a Reformer Pilates instructor, combining strength, control and mobility to help clients move and feel better in everyday life.

  • Janaka

    Janaka

    Janaka specialises in strength and conditioning, functional training, weight management and long-term health. His coaching focuses on creating personalised programmes that help members build strength, improve fitness and develop sustainable habits around movement and nutrition. Janaka works with a wide range of members, from those new to exercise through to active older adults looking to maintain their health and performance.

We've recently expanded our morning group exercise timetable with the introduction of a series of new Fast Classes led by Janaka.

Friday Classes:

  • Workout of the Day (WOD) - Fridays | 06:30-06:50

  • Core Fast Class - Fridays | 06:55-07:15

  • Stretching & Recovery - Fridays | 07:20-07:40

Sunday Classes:

  • Workout of the Day (WOD) - Sundays | 09:20-09:40

  • Core Fast Class - Sundays | 09:45-10:05

  • Stretching & Recovery - Sundays | 10:15-10:35


Designed to work together, the classes allow members to combine strength and conditioning, core training and recovery into one complete morning workout experience. Equally, each session can be attended individually, providing a flexible and effective way to train around a busy schedule.

The new additions help us continue to respond to member feedback and demand for more morning fitness opportunities, while providing a unique combination of training and recovery to help members get the most from their workouts.

Classes can be booked via the Mode Club app.
