I had a fantastic experience at Mode Club, thanks to Geoffrey’s exceptional management and service. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. Geoffrey clearly takes pride in ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and it shows in the overall atmosphere of the club.
He was approachable and responsive throughout, making sure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. His ability to handle situations efficiently while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with genuine warmth so effortlessly.
Geoffrey is a true asset to Mode Club, and his dedication significantly enhances the customer experience. I would highly recommend the venue based on the excellent service he provides.
Had a tour of the gym earlier today with Ayman, he was so friendly and knowledgeable! I was so impressed with the Mode Club gym and facilities, it’s really modern and bright throughout. The spa is clean and looks relaxing. Really lovely club with a community feeling and I am definitely considering joining!
Great local gym that boast of great family friendly facilities (sports club, crèche, kids pool etc). The gym is well equipped and spacious. I feel relaxed and refreshed every time I visit.
This club has great facilities and gym equipments, The spa is excellent. My wife and kids are a member of the club and they absolutely love it. I have also attended a couple of times as a guest and I was treated incredibly well. The welcoming staff at reception were amazing, I spoke to Kym, Serena, Sandra and Liam who were welcomed me warmly, accommodating.
My kids attend swimming classes, they always talk about how great Roland is, and I also witnessed this myself when I took them for their lessons.
My wife had to email Olga the swim manager for a change of date for swimming Lessons for my kids, she was very accommodating and tried her best to put a day that suits the family. This was very much appreciated.
The crèche team are also amazing especially Zez. She always put on a great activities for the kids. She did a Christmas activity with Santa and recently she did a valentines activity for the kid, this was such a great idea as the kids really enjoyed it and couldn’t stop talking about this.
I would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family especially those with children.
Superb in every aspect
A fantastic local independent gym with large pool, spa and tennis/padel courts outdoors, well worth a visit.
Club is clean, open and super friendly. Did a tour with Alex and he was great! Great they do key worker discount too! Looking forward to joining!

It’s a fantastic family gym and my kids absolutely love coming here. Also, a big thanks to Roland - he’s an awesome swimming coach and I’d highly recommend him to anyone!
I've only been a member of this club for about a month but in my experience this is West London's best gym club.
The service is absolutely great the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff uphold the rules of the club really well making the club a very attractive place for one to go and exercise and use the cafe.
The place is super clean throughout there's always a cleaner walking around ensuring everything is spotless.
The pools both for the children and the adults are super super clean I would say the best in West London for sure.
Best places absolutely deserving of five stars because of service because of cleanliness because of our quality of the equipment.
A really great alternative gym in West London, offering excellent facilities and a genuinely healthy lifestyle. It feels like a really good lifestyle choice — I could easily see myself and the family settling in and spending time here, whether that’s doing homework, having a swim, or for me enjoying a healthy smoothie, trying padel tennis, and especially making use of the spa. It’s the kind of place that naturally encourages a healthier, more balanced way of living for the whole family.
