Mode Anniversary Challenge!
To celebrate Mode Club’s two-year anniversary, we will be holding a challenge for all club members to join!
Join the challenge on the club app and log all your fitness activities to earn MOVEs. Gym floor workouts, classes, steps, everything counts.
Hit the target of 30,000 MOVEs and you'll be entered into a prize draw to win 3 x 60-Minute PT Sessions.

Group Exercise
We’re excited to share some fantastic updates to our timetable this autumn! Zoe will be adding an additional Group Cycle to her schedule on Wednesdays at 09:25 from 10th September.
From Thursday 25th September, Alex joins the team with Body Conditioning at 17:15 followed by Zumba at 18:25 and on Monday 6th October, Cora will be bringing you RPM at 18:45.
Don’t miss our Les Mills Launch Weekend on 27th & 28th September, with fresh choreography and music across all LM programmes. Highlights include Body Pump with Kirsty & Aislinn (09:05), RPM with Cora (09:10), and Body Combat with Melinda (10:00) on Saturday, plus RPM with Aislinn (11:15) on Sunday.
Finally, our seasonal favourite Mode Green will finish on Saturday 27th September, making way for an extra Mode Strength at 09:20 starting Thursday 2nd October.
A gentle reminder: bags and heavy coats are not permitted in studios, so please give yourselves an extra 5 minutes to drop any belongings into the changing rooms.

Club Championships
We’re excited to host our first Club Championships on Sunday 14th September!
The day will feature gendered and mixed doubles events across both Tennis and Padel.
Entries close soon! If you’d like to play, please email tennis@modeclub.co.uk. If you need a partner, let us know and we’ll match you up!
From 1pm, our catering team will also be serving up a delicious BBQ with both vegetarian and meat options. A great way to round off the day!

Junior Tennis
Our Junior Tennis Programme launches this week! Classes run Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–6:30pm.

John
Fresh off the plane from Australia, John is an experienced Personal Trainer with a focus on sports rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and long-term performance. With experience working across boxing, tennis and golf, and a strong grounding in nutrition and lifestyle coaching, he provides a holistic approach that ensures sustainable progress, not just quick fixes.

Mounia
Mounia has dedicated her life to helping people prioritise their health and fitness, through providing effective, engaging and enjoyable tailored workouts.
She has long-term experience in weight lifting, boxing, circuit training, and also specialises in teaching Reformer Pilates.

Pawel
Pawel is a dedicated and passionate coach with a wealth of experience and over 10,000 hours coaching clients. His specialisms include strength training, body transformations and fat loss.
Using his unique methods, Pawel helps his clients transform their bodies into the best shape ever.
Swimming
We are delighted to share with you the details of our extensive swimming programme, designed to welcome every age group and ability level. From our youngest learners to our most advanced swimmers, there is something for everyone in the pool.

On Tuesday mornings, we host our Parent and Baby/Toddler sessions, the perfect introduction to the water for the little ones alongside their parents.
For children aged three to fifteen, our junior swimming lessons take place after school from Monday to Thursday, as well as on Saturday mornings, helping young swimmers to develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of swimming. Assessments for our junior members are available every Wednesday and Friday and can be booked directly at reception.
Adults are also well catered for. We offer intermediate group lessons on Tuesday at 6:30pm, and beginners/ improvers can join us on Wednesday evenings at the same time. These sessions are ideal for those looking to build technique and confidence in a supportive environment.
For our more advanced swimmers, we invite you to take part in the Adult Swim Squad, which trains on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm. This squad is the perfect place for experienced swimmers who wish to push themselves further and enjoy training in a motivating group setting.
