How do I join?
You can join the club in 3 different ways: online, over the phone or in person. Our membership office is open at the Club Monday – Friday between 10am and 6.30pm.
What are the club opening times?
Monday – Friday: 6am – 10pm / Weekends: 7am – 8pm
How does the parking work?
There will be plenty of free parking for members to use on site. The car park is for members and their guests while they visit the Club and to access the Club members will need to use their membership card.
What is the process around booking a gym induction?
We advise that all members book in an initial consultation with one of our gym team. This can be booked via the MyWellness App, by calling our reception team or in person, when you are at the club. We will inform all members of this process when bookings become available.
How do I book a class?
You can book classes up to 7 days advance via the app, telephone or in person at reception.
How does the Direct Debit work?
A Direct Debit will be set up when you join the club. From there, your monthly membership fee will be taken on or just after 1st of each month unless otherwise advised. Where the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, payment will be collected from the member’s bank account on the next available banking day.
What are the operating hours of the Crèche and how do I book?
The Crèche is open from Monday to Sunday, 9.00am to 1.00pm. Bookings for the Crèche can be made up to 7 days in advance online, in person at reception, or via the App.
How much does the Crèche cost?
£6 per hour.
Do you supply free towels?
No, at Mode we are conscious of the environmental impact that supplying towels to our members has. Members will need to bring their own towels when swimming or showering at the Club.
Is the Spa adult only?
Yes, you can only use the Spa with an intermediate membership or above (17 years and over).
Will there be separate junior and adult only swim times?
Yes, there will be separate swim times for adults only, families and swimming lessons.
How much are junior swimming lessons and what is the length of a term?
Junior swimming lessons will cost approx. £195 per term (depending on the number of lessons per term) and will run alongside the local schools’ term, this is in line with the borough of Ealing.
How many tennis courts do you have and how do I book?
We have 10 all weather, outdoor tennis courts and these can be booked 7 days in advance, via the app, telephone or in person.
Will there be tennis club matches and sessions?
Yes, we will have available social and competitive sessions on the Racquets timetable.
How much are tennis lessons for juniors and what is the length of a term?
Junior tennis lessons will cost approx. £195 per term and will run alongside the local schools’ term.
Do you have Padel Tennis courts?
Not yet, but we are in the final stages of the planning permission process and hope to be able to offer Padel courts when we open the Club.
Will there be food and beverages available at the club?
Yes, there will options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as your light snacks, refreshments and coffee.
Do I need any previous Reformer Pilates experience?
No. Every member begins with our complimentary Intro to Reformer session, where you'll learn the fundamentals before progressing into our Refine classes.
Which class should I start with?
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend beginning with Intro to Reformer, followed by Refine. Once you're confident with the equipment and movement patterns, you can progress to Dynamic.
What should I bring to classes?
Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. This is to ensure safety, hygiene and performance during your workout. Please bring your own grip socks, or you can purchase a pair at the club before your session.
Can I book Reformer Personal Training?
Yes. Individual and Buddy Personal Training sessions are available for members who would like more personalised coaching or want to accelerate their progress.
How often should I attend?
Many members attend one or two classes each week alongside their regular gym training, although you can attend more frequently depending on your goals and recovery.
Do I need to be experienced to have Personal Training?
Not at all. Personal Training is suitable for all experience levels. Your trainer will meet you where you are and create an approach tailored to your goals, preferences, experience and ability.
How do I choose the right Personal Trainer?
Our Personal Trainers have a range of specialisms, coaching styles and experience. If you're unsure who would be the best fit, our team can help match you with the right trainer based on your goals and preferences.
